Thinking Outloud About L.O.V.E.

Can anybody answer what love is? I certainly can’t. I can only feel it, and for me it’s indescribable. I think definition of love varies depending on the person’s experience. Some people say that love is pain; some say that love is the most beautiful thing you can ever experience; some say it’s just a feeling towards another person. There are also different kinds of love, right? Love from first sight, love for your family, love for your friends, and love that comes after knowing a person for a while. Love has its negatives and positives. It can be blind-that’s when your feelings get hurt at the end of the relationship. We just need to know that everything can change in a split second. We see it around us all the time… We’ve seen it on TV, we’ve seen it in our friend’s experiences, and we’ve seen it in our lives. Be aware. Still, love can be one of the most wonderful things you could ever stumble upon. It could change you into a new and better person. Think of the first time you encountered love. I bet you still can remember of the “butterflies in my stomach” feeling. You should think of love as a rose. While it is delicate, beautiful, and something that you could enjoy for a long time, it still has those sharp thorns that could hurt you if you don’t handle it properly. Also, if you don’t plant it into a garden, it will never be able to grow, and therefore will wilt…same as love would do if you don’t let it grow!

Love can be whatever you let it be, make it worthwhile!                                                                                                                                                                                                                           ~ A
